Mary Blye Howe served as Marketing Director in a Dallas area clinic from 1984 to 2005. She started Metro Doctors Group in 2005, and is currently owner and president. In addition to her decades of work in the health field, Mary is also an award winning author of two books and more than 100 articles.

Joseph A. Posani worked in the medical field most of his adult life. Currently he is co-owner and vice-president of Metro Doctors Group. Joe is also a professional sculptor with his work displayed in many distinctive homes and gardens throughout the United States.
